Educational Requirements:  High school diploma or GED is preferred.  Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications/Licensure/Certification/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  Excellent work ethics and strong customer service.  Work well in a team environment.  Self-motivated and responsible.  Flexible and adaptive in an environment of change.  This position demands the highest quality production possible.  Highly skilled carpenter with substantial experience.  Must possess excellent skills in all aspects of construction.  Must be able to read blueprints/hand drawings and perform duties with minimal instruction.  Journeyman carpenter or equivalent.
